Job Requirements
- Bartending experience of 2 years
- serving experience of 2 years preferred
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- resident within 12 miles of Coral Springs, FL
- relevant training certificate
- knowledge of Florida alcohol laws
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- computer literacy
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior high-volume bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of craft beer and classic cocktails
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
- flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays required)
- computer literacy
- positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- relevant training certificate
Job Duties
- Prepare all beverages for service tickets quickly and accurately
- follow standardized cocktail recipes and proper pour specifications
- pour and present Big Bear house-brewed beers correctly
- maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service well
- prep fresh juices and garnishes daily
- communicate effectively with servers and management during peak volume
- follow all Florida alcohol laws and responsible service standards
