The Service Bartender role at Legends Global is an exciting opportunity within their Premium Service Department. This position requires delivering exceptional guest service across various environments such as Bars, Suites, In-Seat, or Restaurant settings. The role demands a committed team player who can work cooperatively to maintain the standards that Legends Global is known for. A Service Bartender’s primary responsibility is to provide timely, efficient, and accurate service of beverage orders, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and liquor control policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean, neat, and safe workspace, adhering to inventory and product handling policies, and serving drinks responsibly in accordance with both company protocols and alcohol awareness training such as TIPS. The role requires flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

This position offers a pay rate of $11 per hour plus tips and is ideal for individuals with a minimum of two to three years of experience in high-paced bar or restaurant settings. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred. Physical demands include the ability to lift and transport items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds and maintain sufficient mobility for repetitive tasks. Communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with guests and coworkers.
