Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant setting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must have sufficient mobility for physical tasks
- Must practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures
- Complete company-wide and job-specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10 to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility for tasks requiring reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant setting
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to team members
- Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and liquor control policies
- Set-up, ongoing maintenance, and clean-up of workstation
- Ensure compliance with product handling and inventory policies
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following TIPS training and company alcohol awareness policies
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
