- minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
- fluency in English
- fluency in Spanish
- ability to work day and night shifts
- physical stamina to stand for long periods
- knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to safety and compliance regulations

- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques

Job Duties
- Mixing cocktails
- pouring beer/wine
- serving beverages directly to customers or through service staff
- welcoming guests
- offering menus
- answering questions about ingredients
- making recommendations
- building rapport
- stocking bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
- preparing garnishes
- cleaning glasses and tools
- keeping the bar area hygienic
- verifying legal age by checking IDs
- monitoring alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication
- using POS systems to process cash and credit card transactions
- managing tabs
- handling tips
- creating or updating cocktail menus
- recommending new beverages
