Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale establishment
- Solid knowledge of liquor, mix-drinks, cocktails, and wine
- Excellent knowledge of beverages including wines and cocktails
- Outgoing ability to work in a team, creative, motivated, good listener and thorough follow up
- Strong attention to detail
- Impeccable grooming and excellent presentation

Job Duties
- Provide and maintain the highest standards possible for guests by ensuring quick, efficient, and professional service
- Responsible for all activities related to service in the beverage department, including preparation tasks and performing service as per hotel standards
- Utilize the POS system as per policies and procedures
- Effectively perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard
- Understand and accurately follow the standard sequence of service
- Ensure consistency of correct service techniques for all types of food and beverage served
- Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage menu items, wines, and all other beverages
- Ensure proper usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate service equipment
