Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale establishment
  • Solid knowledge of liquor, mix-drinks, cocktails, and wine
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages including wines and cocktails
  • Outgoing ability to work in a team, creative, motivated, good listener and thorough follow up
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Impeccable grooming and excellent presentation

Job Duties

  • Provide and maintain the highest standards possible for guests by ensuring quick, efficient, and professional service
  • Responsible for all activities related to service in the beverage department, including preparation tasks and performing service as per hotel standards
  • Utilize the POS system as per policies and procedures
  • Effectively perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard
  • Understand and accurately follow the standard sequence of service
  • Ensure consistency of correct service techniques for all types of food and beverage served
  • Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage menu items, wines, and all other beverages
  • Ensure proper usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate service equipment
