Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- high school diploma or education equivalent required
- one year of bartending experience in high-volume and/or fine dining or nightclub settings
- knowledge of mixology and bar operations
- familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- gaming license required, process facilitated by the company
- sanitation and ServSafe certifications required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- a minimum of one year of bartending experience in high-volume front bars, service bars, fine dining, or nightclub settings
- knowledgeable mixologist
- familiarity with drink recipes, bar equipment, and safe alcohol handling
- ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team environments
- experience with POS systems and bar inventory software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to train and mentor others
Job Duties
- Prepare and dispense beverages for cocktail servers and internal staff
- communicate any difficulties or relevant information to supervisor
- promote drink specials and upsell to cocktail servers
- collaborate with bar backs for efficient service flow
- follow standard recipes, stock, and portion control to minimize waste
- comply with local liquor codes and legal provisions
- monitor guest experience factors and equipment functionality
- operate refrigeration, post-mix syrup dispensers, and beer reticulation system
- report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- prepare drinks with confirmed proof of payment
- assist with end-of-shift cleaning and closing procedures
- comply with ABC training
- participate in developing drink specials
- train interested beverage servers for bartending positions
- attend meetings and training sessions
- promote positive public and employee relations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bar area
- perform other duties as assigned
