Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior bartending experience required
- completion of in-depth 5 day training provided
- availability to work minimum of 4 days per week with 6 hour shifts
- some weekend availability required
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation preferred but not required
- prior experience as a Barista or Smoothie Maker is a plus
- willingness to learn and adapt
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient service
- adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- handle customer payments and balance the cash register
- participate in training programs and continuously improve bartending skills
