Job Requirements
- Local health cards as required and valid Missouri ATC / SMART certification
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to stand and walk for 100 percent of shift
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe frequently
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to teammates
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Must love working with and supporting others as a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
- Barista experience preferred
- Able to read and write English

- Proficient knowledge of menu and beverage preparation
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensures that all guests have an awesome experience and are excited to come back
- Possess proficient knowledge of the menu in order to explain offerings to guests, inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer any questions
- Accurately verifies orders and enters orders into POS quickly and in proper sequence using appropriate abbreviations and charges
- Serves beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Follows alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Possess proficient knowledge of liquor and food quality and beverage preparation, and keep updated on new and revised beverage recipes
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, ensuring all drinks are prepared according to company recipes
- Ensure a clean and well-stocked bar
- Perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties
- Secure all monies at the end of each shift
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
