Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • able to complete CBC driver training
  • pass a MVR according to CBC standards
  • maintain a valid drivers' license with insurance now or when eligible to drive for CBC
  • state Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • preferably minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity
  • possess strong guest service and communication skills
  • organized and detail oriented
  • computer literate
  • proficient in use of POS - Point of Sale systems
  • able to read, write and speak English
  • proficient in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • prepares food such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles
  • stocks front-of-house
  • prepares trays
  • delivers food to guests
  • cleans and maintains the dining room
  • cleans and maintains the restrooms
  • smiles, provides friendly service and responds appropriately to guest requests
  • supports and promotes company initiatives
  • maintains abundant front-of-house displays and condiment stations
  • checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties
  • busses tables
  • prepares food to specification and order requests
  • maintains accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions when performing cashier functions
  • prepares and organizes food for delivery to guests
