Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
- must complete CBC driver training
- pass a motor vehicle record check per CBC standards
- maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance when eligible to drive
- possession of state foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
- preferably minimum 3 months work experience in guest service
- strong guest service and communication skills
- organized and detail oriented
- computer literate and proficient in POS systems
- able to read, write and speak English
- proficiency in basic math skills
- willing to follow CBC’s equal opportunity and hiring policies
Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred
- strong guest service and communication skills
- organized and detail oriented
- computer literate
- proficient in POS systems

Job Duties
- Pulls and wraps bread
- prepares food including soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles
- stocks front-of-house displays
- prepares trays
- delivers food to guests
- cleans and maintains the dining room
- cleans and maintains the restrooms
- provides friendly guest service and addresses requests
- supports company initiatives
- performs secondary functions such as expo, cashier, dishwasher, line cook
- maintains food displays and condiment stations
- checks and cleans bathrooms
- busses tables
- prepares food according to specifications and orders
- maintains accurate cash flow during cashiering
- organizes and prepares food for delivery to guests
