Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • must be able to complete CBC driver training and pass MVR according to CBC standards
  • maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance now or when eligible to drive for CBC
  • state Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • preferably minimum three months work experience in guest service capacity in restaurant or retail
  • possess strong guest service and communication skills
  • organized and detail oriented
  • computer literate and proficient in POS systems
  • must be able to read, write and speak English
  • proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • prepares food such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles
  • stocks front of house
  • prepares trays
  • delivers food to guests
  • cleans and maintains the dining room
  • cleans and maintains the restrooms
  • smiles and takes appropriate action to guest requests, referring to manager when needed
  • supports and promotes company initiatives
  • expediting orders
  • cashiering
  • dishwashing
  • assisting as line cook
  • maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
  • checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties
  • busses tables
  • prepares food to specification and order request
  • maintains accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions during cashiering
