Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • Must complete CBC driver training, pass a Motor Vehicle Record check as per CBC standards
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with insurance (now or when eligible to drive for CBC)
  • State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • Preferably at least 3 months’ experience in guest service, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Computer literate and proficient with POS systems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Proficient in basic math

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 months' work experience in a guest service capacity in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Possess strong guest service and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Computer literate and proficient in POS systems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • Prepares food including soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, and pickles
  • Stocks front-of-house displays
  • Prepares food trays
  • Delivers food to guests
  • Cleans and maintains the dining room
  • Cleans and maintains the restrooms
  • Smiles, remains friendly, takes appropriate action to guest requests
  • Supports and promotes company initiatives
  • Assists with expo, cashier, dishwasher, and line cook duties
  • Maintains condiment stations and abundant FOH displays
  • Busses tables
  • Prepares food to specification and order requests
  • Handles cashiering functions by maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of transactions
