Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • ability to complete CBC driver training
  • pass a Motor Vehicle Record check according to CBC standards
  • maintain a valid driver's license with insurance
  • possession of State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • minimum of 3 months work experience in guest service preferred
  • strong guest service and communication skills
  • organized and detail oriented
  • computer literate and proficient in use of POS systems
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • proficient in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Qualifications

  • restaurant or retail environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • prepares food such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, and pickles
  • stocks front-of-house (FOH) areas
  • prepares trays for service
  • delivers food to guests
  • cleans and maintains the dining room
  • cleans and maintains the restrooms
  • smiles and provides friendly service
  • takes appropriate action to guest requests and refers to manager when needed
  • supports and promotes company initiatives
  • maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
  • checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties
  • buses tables
  • prepares food according to specifications and order requests
  • maintains accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions when cashiering
  • prepares and organizes food for delivery to guests
