Job Duties
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests within CCE
- Lead and assist with cleaning all tableware and kitchen equipment
- Support dish room operations, including setup, organization and cleaning
- Operate the dish machine, ensuring proper sorting of trays, glass, utensils, carts and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and care of kitchen equipment
- Manage waste, emptying all trash, cardboard and recycling containers
- Collaborate effectively with the dish team on a daily basis
- Assist in the reorganization of all kitchen and event serviceware across the Center of Culinary Excellence to maintain efficiency and readiness for items to be used again
- Assist with logistics, including loading/unloading trucks and breaking down carts
