Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Capable of prolonged standing and walking around the store
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25lbs
- Frequent use of computers and other technology including handheld equipment and cash register
- May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create an in-store easy seamless and fun experience through greeting and engaging all customers and providing a genuine and friendly interaction
- Embrace and be proficient with technology
- Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role
- Manage the in-store service hub effectively
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders
- Process customer returns efficiently
- Provide tourism information and book appointments for various in-store services
