Job Requirements
- Fully on-site in Everett, WA
- Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM (hour lunch)
- Comfortable being on feet most of the day
- Thrive in fast-paced, noisy, and constantly changing environment
- Confident and professional face-to-face communication
- High awareness and ownership of tasks
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable around dogs up to 150 lbs
- Strong computer skills
- Experience or quick learner of photo and video editing software
- At least one role lasting 12 consecutive months since 2023
- Able to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles such as barista or server
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of situational awareness and quick decision-making
- Comfortable working with technology and able to learn photo and video editing software
- Professional demeanor with confidence in face-to-face interactions
- Previous experience of at least 12 consecutive months in any role since 2023
Job Duties
- Responding to client inquiries promptly
- Following up on potential clients to ensure no leads are lost
- Greeting clients and managing their arrival experience
- Escorting dogs to and from grooming areas
- Seating grooming clients in the lounge comfortably
- Providing tours of the facility and explaining services
- Maintaining organization and flow throughout the busy day
