Job Requirements
- Fully on-site in Everett, WA
- Availability Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an hour lunch
- Comfortable standing and being active most of the day in a busy environment
- Thrive in fast-paced, noisy conditions with frequent interruptions
- Strong confidence in direct client interaction and communication
- Ability to maintain high awareness and act decisively
- Proven strong follow-through without dropping tasks
- Comfortable around dogs up to 150 lbs
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced service roles such as barista or restaurant server
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn photo and video editing software
- Excellent interpersonal and professional face-to-face communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain high awareness in noisy, dynamic environments
- Reliable attendance with at least one role lasting 12 consecutive months since 2023
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and ownership over work
- Comfort and confidence working around dogs of various sizes
Job Duties
- Manage and respond to client inquiries promptly
- Follow up consistently to ensure no client concerns are missed
- Escort dogs between facility areas as needed
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and facilitate their seating in the grooming lounge
- Provide facility tours to prospective and current clients
- Monitor the environment actively and address issues immediately
- Assist with capturing and editing photo and video content to support client engagement
