Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness in shop and shop equipment
- check and clean mop buckets daily
- regularly check in with technicians to fulfill specific needs
- clean fluid spills, dirt, and trash on shop floors
- prevent accumulation of used tires around tire machine
- manage scrap metal disposal
- consult technicians before discarding parts or boxes
- organize and store special tools
- maintain service department area cleanliness including making key tags
- move customer cars out of service drive
- support service advisors with greeting and write-ups
- monitor showroom bathroom cleanliness multiple times daily
- check needs of sales and finance departments
- perform miscellaneous tasks such as quality control, lunch runs, fueling, banking
- manage loaner vehicles including fuel levels and cleanliness
- walk the lot ensuring organization and cleanliness
- assist with processing purchase orders in CDK
- complete daily deposit
