- Able to remain on your feet for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Maintains dining room cleanliness and sanitation
- Keeps tables, floors, seats and restrooms clean and sanitary throughout the shift
- Ensures service staff and chefs have clean dishes, glassware and silverware at all times
- Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for food storage, preparation and handling
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant and dish room area
- Maintains professional appearance by adhering to uniform standards
- Maintains exterior cleanliness including parking lots, sidewalks and planters, performs snow removal and salting when necessary
