Job Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system, and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have or be willing to obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where required
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- No previous experience required, training will be provided

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on menu choices, and answer guest questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed, including removing bus tubs from bar to kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
