Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items, guide guests on choices, and answer questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
- Remove bus tubs from bar to kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and deliver food within the restaurant
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
