Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system, and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have or willing to obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering and guide guests in choosing items
- Review orders with the guest or delivery driver to ensure accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and resetting tables as needed
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
