Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) that requires a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- State Food Handler's Certification is required
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required
- Ability to work shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to operating with a sense of urgency
- Passion for hospitality and making others feel good
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Job Duties
- Support servers in delivering high-quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest tables and surrounding areas
- Assist with resetting tables between guests
- Monitor dining area to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Relay guest requests and feedback to appropriate team members
- Uphold restaurant standards and protocols consistently
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service flow
