Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or automotive dealership environment preferred
- strong organizational abilities
- effective communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- willingness to comply with dealership safety and conduct policies
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications

- acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines

Job Duties
- assist in overseeing the flow of the drive lane
- ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- take ownership of the customer experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression
- provide concierge support for all owner inquiries by phone or in person
- ensure technicians' daily inventory of time is consistently sold to service customers
- distribute work efficiently between technicians
