Job Duties
- Be the primary contact for inbound phone calls
- Act as a liaison to Service Advisors by obtaining client information and primary concerns
- Assist in scheduling service appointments
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
- Follow-up with clients after service completion to ensure an exceptional experience
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended courses of action
- Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
