Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Successful completion of airport badging and government screening including drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing product offerings and operational priorities

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging travelers and converting interests into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • Maintain a high energy and positive attitude throughout shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction
