Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing products and customer needs

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and explaining CLEAR benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing traveler and member inquiries and creating positive experiences
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive membership enrollment
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a range of products and services
  • Maintain a positive and energetic presence in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and service targets
