Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers effectively

  • Positive and energetic attitude with self-motivation to grow and take on responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and pitching CLEAR benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Adhere to security and safety protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services based on customer needs and priorities
