Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire for growth
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product offerings and sales techniques
  • Passion for achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and pitching CLEAR's benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through effective enrollment techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold CLEAR's brand standards in all customer interactions
