Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • ability to adhere to security and safety protocols
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and explaining CLEAR benefits
  • deliver exceptional customer service to create positive experiences
  • follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • pivot quickly between offerings to meet customer needs
  • maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
