Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes including SIDA badge eligibility
  • Willingness to undergo federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 background check
  • Ability to follow strict security and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create meaningful connections with customers
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and services
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and customer engagement

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging and pitching benefits to travelers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service creating positive experiences
  • Follow all security protocols and safety procedures including document verification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals
  • Adapt quickly to selling various products and services based on customer needs and priorities
  • Engage effectively with potential customers and members
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to airport regulations
