Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and explaining CLEAR's benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing positive and memorable experiences for customers
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying identification and airline documents
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling various products and services
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall business goals
