Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with technology and mobile apps

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales through active engagement with travelers and pitching benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service creating positive and memorable experiences
  • Follow all security and safety protocols including verifying identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
  • Adapt to learning and selling a variety of products and services based on customer needs
  • Address inquiries and provide tailored solutions to travelers
  • Participate in completion of airport badging and government screening processes
