Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
  • Passion for sales with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to create meaningful customer connections
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Adaptability to learn and promote a variety of products and services

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and pitching CLEAR's benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive and memorable experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers
  • Follow all security protocols, including verifying airline documents and confirming traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling various products and services, quickly pivoting based on customer needs and operational priorities
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by offering tailored solutions to meet individual travel needs
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies during all interactions
