Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate value propositions
  • Ability to create meaningful connections with customers
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive attitude with a desire for growth and taking on additional responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive and memorable experiences
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and confirming traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services based on customer needs and operational priorities
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and management to align sales strategies and improve outcomes
