Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and pitching CLEAR's benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive and memorable experiences for travelers and members
  • Follow security protocols including verifying airline documents and confirming traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Adapt quickly to learn and sell various products and services based on customer needs and operational priorities
