Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for sales with a results-driven mindset
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • ability to adapt quickly to new products and operational priorities
  • previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • drive membership sales by engaging travelers and converting them to members
  • deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and creating positive experiences
  • adhere strictly to security and safety protocols including verifying documents and traveler identification
  • achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement
  • demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services
  • maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
  • collaborate with team members to support overall sales objectives
