Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers
  • Adhere to security and safety protocols, including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-energy, customer-focused environment
  • Maintain accurate records of membership enrollments and customer interactions
