Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to engage customers and explain product benefits clearly
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and sales techniques
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on providing excellent service

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for travelers and members
  • Adhere to security and safety protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling various products and services
  • Maintain knowledge of CLEAR offerings to provide accurate information
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support CLEAR's mission and goals
