Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively explain product benefits
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service creating positive and memorable experiences
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • Provide tailored solutions to customers based on their travel needs
  • Maintain energy and positivity in a fast-paced environment
