Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build meaningful connections with customers
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new products and operational priorities
  • Familiarity with security procedures is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and pitching CLEAR benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service creating positive experiences for travelers and members
  • Adhere to security and safety protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling various products and services
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries promptly
  • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while representing CLEAR
