Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

  • sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • ability to learn and adapt quickly

Job Duties

  • drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • deliver exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for travelers and members
  • follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement
  • demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • communicate effectively the value of CLEAR’s offerings
