Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • open availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • successful completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • eligibility to work in the United States

  • prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • adhere to all security protocols and safety procedures including document verification
  • achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement
  • demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to effectively communicate benefits
  • collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
