Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Willingness to undergo and comply with all security and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive and memorable experiences
  • Follow security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement
  • Adapt quickly to learning and selling various products and services based on customer needs
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences
