Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse traveler populations
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service creating positive experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers
  • Follow all security and safety protocols including verifying traveler identification and airline documents
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling a variety of products and services and pivoting between offerings based on customer needs
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with operational duties as needed to support smooth service delivery
