Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated with a desire to grow in sales
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of security and safety protocols preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies
