Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • open availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • ability to work various shifts

  • prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers
  • pitch the benefits of CLEAR and convert interactions into new memberships
  • deliver exceptional customer service creating positive and memorable experiences
  • follow all security and safety protocols including verifying documents and traveler identity
  • meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement
  • demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services
  • address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to travel needs
