Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse customers

  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Adhere to all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement and sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
