Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with travelers and potential customers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of security and safety protocols is a plus

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and pitching CLEAR’s benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and address inquiries
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling various products and services, quickly pivoting based on customer needs and operational priorities
  • Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor while interacting with customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and uphold company standards
