Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
  • Adaptability to learn and promote multiple products
  • Positive attitude with a self-motivated mindset

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and explaining CLEAR benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service creating positive experiences for travelers and members
  • Follow security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Adapt quickly to learn and sell various products and services based on customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Represent CLEAR’s brand values and mission in all customer interactions
